DMCA rules for Story AI Generator
It is important to Story AI Generator that we value other people’s intellectual property rights and follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please follow the steps below to make a DMCA report if you think that someone has stolen your original work and used it on our website.
Writing in a DMCA Notice
If you are the owner of copyright or an approved agent of the owner of copyright and you think that any content posted on Story AI Generator violates your copyright, you can file a DMCA notice by writing to our Designated Copyright Agent and giving them the following information:

Name of the Material That Infringes: A statement of the content that you believe violates the law and that you want to be taken down or blocked, along with information that is fairly sufficient to help us find it.
Your Contact Information: Information that is generally sufficient to allow us to get in touch with you, like an address, phone number, and, if given, an email address.
Statement of Good Faith Belief: you must say that you have a good faith belief that the person who owns the copyright, their agency, or the law does not allow the use of the material in the way that is being criticized.
Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notice is correct and that you are allowed to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is supposedly being violated. You must say this under penalty of perjury.
Not Allowed: The written or digital name of someone who is allowed to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is not being respected.

How to Submit a Counter-Notice
You can send a counter-notice to the Designated Copyright Agent with the following information if you think the material that was taken down or blocked access is not infringing or if you have permission from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or the law to post and use the material in your content:
Identification of the Material: A statement of the material that has been taken down or made inaccessible, along with the page where it was before it was taken down or made inaccessible.
Mandatory Material: You should include your name, address, phone number, and email address in the second part.
Statement of Good Faith Belief : It is a sworn statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was taken down or disabled because it was mistakenly identified as something that needed to be taken down or disabled.
FDC Agreement: Please include a statement saying that you agree to be sued by the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district where Story AI Generator may be found. You should also say that you will allow the person who sent the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person to serve you with legal papers.
Signature: A signature, either in person or electronically.
As soon as we get a proper counter-notice, we will send it to the person who first complained. The person who first complained will then have 10 business days to go to court and ask for a stop order against the behavior that is infringing. If no such action is taken, we may put back the content that was taken down.
Story AI Generator has the right to ban users who break copyright rules too often.
